Dr. Tiberius Rata

Dr. Tiberius Rata has done 11 lectures on Ezra and Nehemiah and 8 on Old Testament Theology.  Dr. Rata has a Ph.D. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has taught for over 15 years at Grace Theological Seminary after several years at Beeson Divinity School.  He was originally from Romania and has pastored several churches from Alabama to Michigan.  He has published books on Old Testament topics including: The Covenant Motif in Jeremiah’s Book of Comfort: Textual and Intertextual Studies of Jeremiah 30-33 (Peter Lang). Fear God and Keep His Commandments: A Commentary on Ecclesiastes with Kevin Roberts; Walking the Ancient Paths: a Commentary on Jeremiah with Walter Kaiser (Logos) as well as Ezra-Nehemiah in the Mentor Commentary Series.  He has also published numerous articles in journals and biblical dictionaries on the Old Testament.
