Dr. James Spiegel has done 18 lectures on Christian Ethics and 17 on Philosophy of Religion. Jim has taught philosophy for 27 years at Taylor University and is now teaching at Indianapolis Theological Seminary. He has a Ph.D. from Michigan State University. He has published over 10 books including: The Love of Wisdom: A Christian Introduction to Philosophy, How to be God in a World Gone Bad: Living a Life of Christian Virtue and also Idealism and Christianity among others. He has published articles in such journals as Metaphilosophy, Philosophy Compass, International Journal of Philosophy and Theology, Philosophia Christi, Logos: A Journal of Catholic Thought and Culture, Christian Scholars Review and others. He is a first order scholar of philosophy as well as a stimulating teaching beloved by his students and friends.
